What each persona may see, change and approve, and at which level. The shape the business described: edit at your own level, read one level up. Three levels only — Global, Region, Country — plus own records for an internal requester. An “Area” level mirroring sales was raised and dropped in the same exchange because reporting comes from the CRM.
