Feedback form configuration
The closure questionnaire the customer answers. The All Users application and the Portal read this set and bind to each question’s key, so a question can be reworded here without either of them losing the answers already given.
How the score is worked out
- A project's feedback score is the average of the numeric answers, multiplied by ten and rounded, on a nought-to-one-hundred scale.
- A Rating question contributes its own score, one to ten.
- A Choice question contributes the number attached to the option the person picked.
- A Text question is never scored and is left out of the average entirely.
- The same questions and the same scoring apply in this application, in the All Users application and in the Portal, and the year's project scores are averaged for the continuous-improvement review (BR-025).
Feedback questions are deactivated, never deleted. Feedback already captured points at the question it was asked against, and the audit trail has to stay readable.
