External access
Customer, partner and supplier contacts who can see project work on the portal. This screen opens on the contacts that need a decision — dormant, quiet, or left on projects that have closed — because the inventory is not the work.
Project closure
Closing a project withdraws access from every external contact attached solely to it. Anyone also participating in another open project keeps their access, on the same record.
Only open projects are listed.
Account deactivation
Deactivating an account withdraws access from every contact under it, whatever projects they are on. Contacts are reactivated individually afterwards if the relationship resumes.
