The lists EPMS picks values from. Values are deactivated, never deleted, so that a decade of migrated history stays readable. Some lists are mastered in the CRM and are mirrored here read-only.

Document visibility policy
Metadata visible always is the compromise already built in Platform 1: the document name is listable and filterable on every project, clicking through shows the project and its lead, and the file will not open without permission. Restriction labels are informational only and withhold nothing (decision 4 Oct 2026), and library scope is Mirror in phase 1, meaning a user opening the SharePoint library sees only documents on projects they can access.
